"Take me home!"
"Have a seat."
"Take me home! I want to go home!"
"You better have a seat, Janessa. Now just hang on a second. We are not done yet."
Oh, hey... How you doing? Sorry about that, I was just reliving some childhood memories. Yup, that was me at about seven years old throwing temper tantrums in the middle of the store while my mom was trying to shop.
Funny how I hate shopping then, but I would literally kill to go shopping right this second. (Okay, not literally.) I can't possibly imagine how embarrassing I must have been to my mom while I was screaming, crying, and stomping around stores. I suppose throwing tantrums comes with the territory of being the youngest child. The youngest of four to be exact. But, I would like to think that she and I have had better times since then.
I like to think I have shaken that whole temper tantrum thing by now, but you never know if it's just lurking in the background of my personality. Anywho, since I am nineteen now, I have much better control over my emotions. Not that going to school in New York City helps with that control... Seeing as this city probably has the most crazy people in one place at one time than any other city in America. But I suppose I would not have it any other way because it makes life interesting. For now, anyway. I would not want to live here permanently.
I actually have no idea where I would want to settle down and live, but I have plenty of life ahead of me to let those things fall in place. Oh, I do not think I mentioned that I actually live in Chicago. It is far cleaner than New York and definitely less rainy. And no, it is not that windy. It is not much windier than any other city that happens to be placed directly on a body of water. I do not know why people fail to realize that fact and I am just so tired of people asking me about the wind in Chicago. Especially because it is called the windy city because of its windy politicians... Not weather. People believe what they will, however I can be found correcting people about that little fact all the time.
Anyway, that is enough about me for right now. I am sure I will spit out other things about me, random facts, and nonsense in other posts. I hope you're looking forward to it!
